Working hours from Monday to Friday
Actively implementing the Scandic F&B concept in the daily operational business in cooperation with the F&B management
Ensuring a structured shift handover and flexible deployment in the F&B areas of breakfast and banquet service
Openminded communication with guests and competent behaviour towards guest complaints in terms of customer loyalty
Ensuring the quality of service and the perfect condition of all service areas
Coordination and optimisation of internal and interdepartmental processes and communication

Your distinct host mentality drives you every day and makes you the contact person for our guests.

For you, friendly, competent service is first a passion and inspiration and then a profession. You feel comfortable in large hotels, you are organised and proactive when it comes to optimising service processes.
