Aufgaben

Lead the requirements engineering function and establish best practices, standards, and methodologies across the organization.
Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define and refine

product vision and strategy.

Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather and validate requirements.
Facilitate requirements prioritization, traceability, and change management throughout the product development lifecycle.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to elicit, analyze, and document functional and nonfunctional requirements.
Ensure clear and concise documentation of requirements, including user stories,

use cases, and acceptance criteria.

Mentor and coach requirements engineers and analysts within the organization.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that requirements are testable and verifiable.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in requirements engineering to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the requirements engineering team.

Qualifikation

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in requirements engineering, with a focus on software or product development.
Strong leadership and management abilities, with experience in leading a team of requirements engineers or analysts.
Strong knowledge of requirements engineering methodologies, techniques, and tools.
Proficiency in using requirement management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise requirements
