Events Sales Executive **to join our Rosewood Munich team. Liaising with the Director of Events, the
Events Sales Executive **plans and executes of events while taking client requests into consideration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure bookings and maximize revenue.
Develop comprehensive event proposals and presentations for potential clients. Tailor proposals to align with clients' specific needs and budget constraints.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the event planning process. Address client concerns, respond to inquiries promptly, and ensure a positive client experience.
Work closely with the operations and event coordination teams to ensure seamless execution of events. Communicate client expectations, timelines, and any specific requirements.
Conduct postevent evaluations to gather feedback from clients. Use this feedback to improve future events and enhance customer satisfaction.
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns, maintaining open communication, and seeking feedback after events.

About Us:

Rosewood Munich opened in 2023 as the brand's first property in Germany and seventh property in Europe.

Housed in two landmark, historical buildings comprised of the former headquarters of the State Bank of Bavaria and the adjacent Palais Neuhaus-Preysing, a former grand aristocratic residence, Rosewood Munich will be ideally situated on Kardinal-Faulhaber-Strasse in the heart of the historic city center.

The hotel will be located within walking distance of several of the city's most popular sites and destinations, including central Marienplatz square, the Residenz city palace, Bavarian State Opera, and the Maximilian
- and Theatinerstraße shopping districts, as well as world renowned museums. Rosewood Munich will offer 132 spacious guestrooms and suites designed to complement the property's original façade and iconic stairways, which remain well preserved and contribute to the city of Munich's ensemble of historical buildings. The property will boast an inviting lobby lounge and two distinct dining venues, which include a full service restaurant and a vibrant bar. Rosewood Munich will also feature a full service spa, which will house five treatments rooms, as well as an indoor pool and fitness area. Additionally, the hotel will include extensive meetings and events spaces to accommodate a variety of private gatherings, conferences, and special events for up to 400 guests.
