The Field Installation Supervisor conducts the implementation of all the hardware components of our system (racking, conveying and electrical systems) on-site with our clients.

This person also supervises the work of installers, ensurring that Exotec technical standards, safety rules and practices are followed.

Responsibilities
***:

Oversee the mechanical nd electrical component installation of our systems
Supervise the work of our installers and technical suppliers
Collaborate with project managers and field engineers on deployment projects
Act as the onsite, local point of contact for installers and technical suppliers
Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols by all the persons onsite, ensuring that technical partners, installers and suppliers respect Exotec quality standards
Conduct quality control and inspection
Support the engineering team in installation commissioning

Requirements:

Technical degree required with broad, general knowledge on mechanical and electrical engineering
At least 10 years of experience on a similar position with the capacity to lead and supervise the work of suppliers and installers
Strong experience in technical machine or system field installation
Good competencies in electrical and mechanical installation and commissioning
Ability to work on various tasks from mechanical installation to safety procedures implementation
