Responsibilities:

Familiarization with the theoretical basics and the systems to be tested.
Design of experiments and execution of measurements on different sealing systems with different materials
Carrying out simulations and comparing the results with tests
Optimization of the simulations / material characterization
If necessary, support for further validation tests
Documentation and interpretation of test results

Qualifications:

You are studying mechanical engineering or a related field
You have a practical disposition and an interest in balancing theory and practice
You are responsible and independent, creativity and flexibility characterize you.
You are interested in measurement and testing technology & simulation
Ideally you have previous knowledge in the field of sealing technology
You have a very good command of German or/and English, both written and spoken
