In your new role you will:

  • Own
    VRFC and PP process for SiFo , optimize interactions with partners and understand demand
-
Define SiFo Site Allocation , optimize for cost and present to SiFo Board

  • Establish
    one source of truth for SiFo volume planning , improve processes and data consistency
  • Support
    quarterly reviews with external suppliers
  • Support
    target setting for SiFo with volume parameters
  • Collaborate with
    SiFo Strategy team to define longterm measures to support growth
  • Define
    volume planning processes based on Infineon framework , align with inhouse planning, and drive improvement roadmap
  • Develop team with
    challenging targets, innovation, and timely decision proposals:
  • Foster innovation, open-mindedness, and timely decision-making within the team


You have a remarkable ability to keep sight of the overall situation, even in complex circumstances, and make decisions with confidence, despite uncertainties.

Your keen sense of current trends allows you to identify potential improvements for your department, showcasing your analytical and strategic thinking skills.

You leverage our creativity and expertise to deliver tangible results that provide significant value to your clients.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A degree in
    Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering , or a related field
  • At least 10
    + years of professional experience with
    strong focus in volume planning, operations management, supply chain management , or related fields
  • Strong understanding of
    semiconductor industry and volume planning processes:

  • Proven track record of optimizing cost and presenting to senior management/board level**:

with attention to detail:


  • Ability to work independently, drive innovation
    , and foster open-mindedness within the team:

Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and German
to effectively interact with partners and stakeholders
