What you do

Within Allianz Partners, Global Strategic Partnerships (GSP) is responsible for driving our strategic partnerships with business partners at global level.

As a working student in GSP, you will be working closely together with the team responsible for strategic projects as well as the team responsible for sales support and data analytics.

You will have the following responsibilities:

Collect, track, consolidate and interpret sales data and support sales reporting, e.g., pipeline reports, via Salesforce
Support in the preparation and rollout of quantitative steering tools
Support GSP teams in developing market & customer intelligence
Assist in tender analysis and learnings after won/lost tenders and client interactions
Support of proposal management and compliance checks
Updating and maintaining the sales event calendar
Prepare management presentations

What you bring

Currently studying a Bachelors Degree or above
Ideally first experience in sales reporting function or consulting
Strong analytical skills and mindset combined with a high level attention to detail
Experience with tools e.g., Salesforce preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
Excellent organizational skills and at ease with multitasking
Highly motivated, dynamic, selfsteering and team player
English writing and speaking proficiency a minimum requirement
Solid computer skills: MS Suite
