Your role:

You create an overall plan for all relevant customer documents, coordinate the creation of the documents with product management and the graphics department.

Together with product experts and the legal department, you establish process flows for individual business processes and document the availability of customer records.

You work closely with a highly motivated and extremely qualified team to benefit from mutual expertise.

Your qualifications and experience:

Comprehensive understanding of the financial industry and its internal processes is crucial.
Active studies in finance, business informatics, legal or a related discipline are expected.
Knowledge of internal banking processes, compliance requirements, and regulatory conditions is essential.
Analytical skills are required to analyze complex information and translate it into effective digital solutions.
Good communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with various teams such as IT, compliance, and product management.
