Areas of responsibilities:

Assist Team Lead with the development and improvement of current/future processes of department.
Provide insights to unique or rare requests that arrive in workload as well as build processes/best practices to adapt for future reference.
Ensure a firstclass customer service following our global Fan Engagement strategy.
Respond promptly to endconsumer inquiries, handle and solve complaints and give product advice.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and international distributors,
Provide feedback to improve Q&A, FAQs and content on the homepage.
Achieve the highestpossible endconsumer satisfaction.

Your qualification:

Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
Profund experience in customer service
Independent and serviceoriented way of working
English skills on a native level and excellent German, French
This position can be based in either Prague, Czech Republic or Bayreuth, Germany
