About the opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Talent Sourcer to join our Talent team. You will help up shape our talent search and help us find & attract top talents
What you can expect:

Own talent sourcing topics within Kadmos.
You will be responsible for identifying top talent for a variety of positions across all teams by utilizing a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and employee referrals

Grow sourcing function within our talented team & coach and mentor team and hiring managers on sourcing best practices
What you bring along:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related field
- Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies and recruiting best practices
- Experience with social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work well in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English, German language is a plus
