What you'll do

  • You'll support your team in ensuring smooth operations and in daytoday operations in the area of facility services mailroom, facility service centre, room booking & access management (access control)
  • Your tasks include ensuring incoming and outgoing mail/goods, postal and courier services as well as processing customer returns
  • You'll act as a contact person for transport enquiries and customs matters and will also be responsible for coordination with internal and external contacts and interfaces
  • The continuous further development of the services in the area as well as the support in the control of all relevant service providers is part of your daily business
  • You'll be in charge for the independent administration of the facility management tools as well as for the creation and continuation of regular statistics and reports
  • The creation, updating and maintenance of documentation, reports, checklists, etc. are also important parts of your job
  • You'll be involved in the implementation of Ariba ordering processes (from contract and order management to invoice and payment control) as well as in the central booking of incoming goods and inventory of fixed assets

What you'll bring

  • You've a basic understanding of business and at least 24 years of experience in a comparable position
  • In addition, you've already gained experience in the helpdesk and mailroom environment as well as experience in logístical processes
  • Initial experience with facility management tools, merchandise management systems and Ariba/SAP is an advantage
  • You're goaloriented, structured, independent and persevering in your work & you're able to act independently, flexible and under pressure
  • You'll bring an understanding of and skill in handling technical equipment as well as a high degree of service orientation
  • You stand out from other applicants with your pronounced "hands on" mentality as well as strong communication and implementation skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office distinguishes you
  • Very good written and spoken German and English round off your profile
