We're now looking for a Senior Learning Administrator to join our team; you'll be responsible for the day-to day administration and co-ordination of scheduled Learning events.

You'll support our client and establish and maintain excellent customer and staff relationships to ensure total customer satisfaction.


This is a busy role so requires someone who is highly organised, has exceptional communication skills and a genuine interest and passion in training; fluency in English and German is essential.

About the role
You'll be responsible for all aspects of training co-ordination and administration duties for the client:

  • Lead, consult and deliver the scheduled processes on contracts, where required.
  • Schedule and administer enrolments including, monitoring participation numbers to ensure minimum delegate numbers are achieved, and highlighting low enrolments to appropriate point of contact.
  • Set up courses using appropriate internal LRM / Learning Management System and database, in line with standard operating procedures.
  • Support in producing essential reports on agreed dates, outlining the essential data needed as requested by the client.
  • Work towards deadlines stipulated by the client in order to deliver the program objectives.
  • Confirm registrations and monitor cancellations with venues and trainers and ensure that the Learning Management System training records accurately reflect course attendance.
  • Work with the customer to obtain commitment of internal trainers and any additional resources that may be supporting the course delivery e.g. IT/Technical set ups.
  • Manage learner queries, coordinate escalations in accordance with Service Level Agreements and to make suggestions of improvements, where necessary.
  • Support the distribution, collection and reporting of Evaluation data.
  • Where possible provide value added services as appropriate for continuous improvement.
  • To communicate with internal and external agencies, staff, customers, management and peers in a manner appropriate to your position at all times.
  • Raise any potential challenges or risks to the appropriate contact.

What we need
A confident and strong communicator with previous experience of working in a professional learning environment


Additionally, we'll require:

  • Experience of training administration and/or coordination.
  • Experience of using Learning Management Systems from an administrative perspective.
  • Excellent organizational, planning and controlling skills.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal) with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and within demanding timescales.
  • Experience of working as part of a team with a strong customer focus.
  • Advanced general administration and IT skills.

Ideally you'll also have:


  • Advanced software skills including experience of tools such as 'Peergrade' or 'Intrepid'.
  • Experience of working within a remote team environment
  • A related professional qualification or degree.
