Your mission:

Your profile:


Tasks:

• Contribute to the overall product and design direction of the whole company
• Work crossfunctionally with engineers and other partners
• Come up with features and improvements that ship quickly and with high quality
• Use and evolve our internal design system
• Create flows, prototypes, and highfidelity visuals for your features
• Work closely with engineers and other partners to ensure a highquality implementation
• Help establish a design culture within the company
• Redefining bestinclass software design and development processes so that we can build an opinionated product

Requirements:

• Excellent
  visual, UI and interaction skills:
• The ability to put yourself in the users' shoes and craft great experiences.
• A
  high bar for design quality and robustness for longterm expansion and use
• Passion for simplicity, performance, accessibility, and usability
• A Can-Do, entrepreneurial mentality with enjoyment for being a generalist
• A college degree is
  definitely not required but welcome
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in
  German & English

Also:

• Passion for design and figuring out bestinclass solutions to UX, UI and interaction challenges
• Ability to think through complex interaction design
• Expressing ideas through visuals and prototyping (via Figma)

Our platform combines workplace operations (e.g. Deskbooking), employee engagement, and insights with powerful integrations (e.g. Slack/MS Teams) to help shape a seamless experience for employees, employers, and team leaders.

Founded in January 2020, PULT is fast growing with a strong customer base (such as AboutYou, Chrono24, OneFootball, Heyjobs, Omio and HeyCar) and needs you to scale this rocketship to the next level.

We are an international team working hybrid either from our hub in Hamburg, Germany, the home office, or remotely from the beach.

You will have the pleasure of working with international talents from 12 different nationalities across different locations.
