Specialist Medical Regulatory Writing (M/F/x)

These tasks await you (on part time basis / 24 h per week)

Independently work out prerequisites which have to be fulfilled to implement the task (including coordination with IT, RA, process management, own department and within GMA)

Independently discuss technical requirements (IT, Deficiency Letters, Process-Mgmt)

Independent process elaboration and development of a solution including its workflows

Coordination of Data Management and Quality Management

Development of the literature database

Research of scientific literature and integration into a literature database

Transfer of selected data from the literature database into a regulatory database

Consultation / support with / training on Data management system-relevant questions from/of colleagues

Collaboration in the knowledge database/literature exchange project

Communication with external service providers and vendors

Providing the literature of the dossiers for Regulatory submissions

Creation of a planning tool for internal work plan of Global Medical Writing team

Maintenance of medical and professional information regarding medico-scientific relevant points e.g. originator review

Project management

What you bring with you

Education or comparable experience in healthcare industry/ pharmacy counter or similar e.g. nurse, PTA, MTA.

IT background and/or affinity with IT tasks

Basic understanding of medical and scientific terminology

Experience with literature research and handling of literature databases an advantage

Confident handling of MS-Office and extended knowledge MS Excel

Basic knowledge of databases/models

Strong technical and scientific understanding as well as analytical skills

Structured, independent, problem-solving and careful way of working

Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Very good organizational and communication skills
