- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO/IEC
- Experience with establishing IT governance frameworks is highly appreciated.
- Professional certifications such as CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT) or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) are highly desirable.
- Experience in policy development, risk management, and compliance required.
- Fluent English language skills.

IT Governance Specialist in Aviation (f/m/d)
Our client is a well known, international eVTOL Startup.
LOCATION: Working on-site is required (1-2 days per week homeoffice possible)
DURATION: 6 Months (Extension possible)
Your role and you team:
As an IT Governance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Lilium's IT practices align with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Your primary focus will be on implementing robust IT governance frameworks, policies, and processes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliance, risk management, and operational excellence.
