No lithography without optics. No semiconductors without lithography. Without semiconductors there would be no microchips, without microchips no computers - no high-tech products. As an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) supplier, ZEISS enables the semiconductor industry worldwide with optics and other optical modules.

Your role- Support the further development of the SMT strategy, i.e. prepare and accompany the strategic planning process- You will take on the multi-project management of projects with a high level of complexity and strategic relevance in all areas of the ZEISS SMT Segment- You act as an interface to the corporate areas and to external consultants, as well as to other areas of ZEISS AG- With your expert knowledge, you will further develop the strategic toolset of the SMT strategy department- You advise and train the operational SMT units on very complex (strategic) issues


Profile:


  • You have a degree in Physics, alternatively a degree in Engineering Science, or Industrial Engineering; a relevant Doctorate or toptier MBA is desirable
  • During several years of working in a leading top management consulting firm, you have been able to gain professional experience in strategy consulting for technology companies
  • You have a strong command of consulting methodologies, and the further development thereof
  • You have proven project management experience in complex projects and the sustainable anchoring of project results
  • Your profile is characterized by a spike in analytical skills, networked thinking and implementation skills
  • You are experienced in recruiting and the development of employees
  • You maintain a convincing communication style for all (management) levels, with fluent German and English business skills
