Do you have project management experience and an eye for the big picture in transforming and changing times, even in complex situations? Then this position could be just right for you: We are looking for a new team member to take on project activities as an expert and advisor to various key stakeholders within Human Resources on all aspects related to Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.


In your new role you will:


  • Manage and lead complex and global projects within an international HR environment

Drive and execute decisions and ensure communication within the team

  • Act as the
    interface to management, customers, and associated sites and ensure overall
    project and deployment transparency to all relevant stakeholder

Structuring and controlling projects and ensuring compliance by using Infineon's Project Management tools
-
Represent HR project management as first point of contact to the global Transformation Project Director and external counterparts / lead with focus on process broad HR fields like talent acquisition, internal/ external sourcing or relocation services

Manage and coordinate sub-teams , leading sub-teams as required to ensure deployment of milestones

Ensure relevant result deployment and coordination globally **, i.e. deployment of the work package scope and deliverables as agreed in the overall milestone planning

  • Facilitate and
    manage required project management systems , e.g. proactive participation in global project calls and workshops, regular project reporting and alignment, provide transparency and project updates to the HR Management and manage required work package meeting structure


You are a versatile HR project manager with a quality mindset and extensive experience in process design, automation and shared services implementation.

Your values reflect a constant focus on driving operational excellence while not neglecting customer centricity and commitment to customer concerns.

As a leader and team player, you take responsibility for common goals and put team results in the foreground.

You recognize potential obstacles at an early stage and see them as a motivation to question and improve continuously status quo.

With your proactive mind-set you can adapt to new situations quickly and you are motivated to always go the extra mile.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A degree in
    Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields
  • At least
    8 years of relevant working experience within human resources:
  • Very good
    project management skills and experiences in leading (sub-) projects; a
    project management certification (e.g. IPMA) is a plus
  • Excellent
    analytical, communication and presentation
    skills:
  • Willing to travel abroad on a regular base
  • Excellent
    English language skills, German will be an added advantage
