YOUR MISSION:

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning objectives and knowledge gaps
Design high quality instructional materials, including elearning course, instructionled training, videos, and live training
Conduct inperson and virtual training sessions for internal teams, customers, and partners
Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different user groups and skill levels
Build and implement the platform to store and share learning content
Analyze feedback and performance data to make continuous improvements to learning materials
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders regularly
Implement knowledge checks to measure the effectiveness of training programs
Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Partnerships teams to organize training with customers and partners

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

2-5 years of working experience in similar roles, or in Customer Experience roles
Proven experience in instructional design and development, ideally in SaaS
Proficiency in using instructional design tools and softwares
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
Ability to adapt to new technologies and trends in instructional design
Formal education in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
Business fluent in English (C1)
Business fluent in German (C1)
