YOUR TEAM:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Responsible for the organizational unit for Functions on Demand & In-Car Apps within the Vehicle & Cloud Platform domain focusing on the development of Mobile Online Services
Lead a team of Software Developers, Architects, Product Owners/Managers, Requirements and Integration Engineers, amongst others plus recruitment of new highly skilled team members
Accountable for all deliverables of the organizational unit including budget, schedule, content and quality
Report milestones and seek approval for projects along with the leadership team, drive project management as well as anticipate and consider our customers' needs and demands
Participate in agile ceremonies (e.g. management reviews, PIPs) related to your team's responsibilities

WHO YOU ARE:

A people person, who puts people and their development first and helps them thrive
Someone that embraces and lives true leadership
A person with a considerable amount of professional experience in the area, including people management and leadership
Someone who understands and lives the Scaled Agile Framework (Agile)
A communicator, negotiator, an analyst as well as an entrepreneur and a problemsolver
Fluent English language skills (oral and written), German is a plus
