Brand Marketing Specialist (M/F/d):

GENESIS CCO Team, our team operates under the direct leadership of the Chief Creative Officer, whose visionary goal is to infuse GENESIS brand with the exhilaration and excitement it deserves.


Our approach revolves around the development of special vehicles, the creation of brand lifestyle products, forging intriguing partnerships, and effectively communicating these activities to captivate our global audience.


As a
Brand Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the development of CCO brand communication from concept development to implementation.

_We want you to:

  • Brand communication concept Development : Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to conceptualize and plan brand communication activities including special vehicles (concept car, show car) and GENESIS lifestyle product. Developing innovative communication concepts that align with our brand image and goals
  • Brand communication implementation : Oversee project management aspects of the brand communication including scheduling, logistics, venue selection, transportation, setup, and teardown. Ensure all elements run smoothly to create memorable experiences
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for projects, ensuring costeffectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines
  • Vendor and

Agency Management:
Identify and manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of brand communication

  • Holistic Content Management: Ensure comprehensive content management during events, focusing on the effective use of materials and resources to enhance the brand experience
  • Content Creation and

Resource Utilization:
Create new content derived from brand communication activities and strategically utilize it across various marketing channels to maximize its impact

  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of brand communication, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Prepare postproject reports for GENESIS HQ and NSC
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all brand communication including event elements align with the company's brand guidelines and messaging
  • Communication: Regularly communicate internal team and headquarters in Korea to provide updates on event progress, budget status, and key performance metrics

You will also need to have:

  • A University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Communication or comparable
  • Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience working in a marketing role, preferable in the automotive industry
  • Experience in overall project management, inclusive of budget management, post analysis reporting and recommendations for improvement back to management level
  • Thorough understanding of automotive Marketing operations and processes
  • Superior understanding of Marketing KPI's and their usage in evaluating marketing performance
  • International experience, excellent intercultural/interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Openminded and flexible to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Good organizational skills, task oriented, pays close attention to details while exposed to numerous interruptions
  • Willingness to overseas travel for content creation, events, meetings, workshops and trainings.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Selfmotivator who can work independently of supervision
  • Team oriented working attitude
  • Fluency in English language; any other language is an advantage
