If you are still reading this, have significant experience and a proven track record in building strong relationships with our prospects and clients, finding solutions with our internal stakeholders, you are very welcome.

Your job? You will:

- plan, create, and maintain API documentation for internal or external engineering audiences.
- collaborate with Product Management, Solution Engineering, and Technical Support to understand user needs and documentation requirements.
- work closely with development teams to get a clear understanding of how our API works
- provide support to the Design/Development/Product team with UX texts

What skills and traits you need?:

Experience in creating engaging technical (API) documentation
Ability to look at a document through the eyes of a technical and nontechnical reader
You are a selflearner and you like to test things for yourself and with our QA department
Ability to create clear diagrams of process flows and technical infrastructure (knowledge of diagram generators is a plus)
Ideally, you have some experience with the DOCS-ASCODE approach and some degree of technical skills such as using GitLab
Your proficiency level in English is high with additional languages being a plus, especially fluent German
