Beschreibung

As a Senior Agile Transformation Coach you will be part of the agile center of excellence and the agile transformation of Infineon.

Our goal is to introduce agile methods and mindset worldwide at Infineon.

Ultimately, you will play a key role in the long-term strategy across the entire organization, helping our teams to deliver better products in a faster, more efficient manner.


In your new role you will:

  • Lead the
    agile transformation on sub-organization level (agile scaling of 250+ employees) across Infineon with an end-to-end responsibility
  • Introduce
    scaling Agile frameworks inside the organization, especially in product development (>50 employees)
  • Develop, organize and implement
    transformation concepts customized for the organization, incl. agile organization, culture, mindset and methods
  • Be responsible for coaching and training leadership on building an Agile enterprise that is more focused on business value, driving outcomes, and a faster time to market

Advise and coach senior leadership and key stakeholders to analyze current business performance & targets, systems & processes, and design a strategy for the adoption of agile practices

  • Act as a role model and
    "Agility" advisor to Top Management
  • Set up, coaching and supervision of agile teams, their stakeholders and the management as well as the organizational environment
  • Develop and deploy an aligned
    success measurement framework to monitor transformation progress and impact to business performance and time to market
With your very strong analytical skills you work on making things better, faster, and more efficient. Therefore, you have the ability to make the right decisions in a characteristically dynamic business environment. You like to communicate complex facts and circumstances to different target groups in a comprehensible manner. Your professional behavior allows you to present your result to Infineon top management.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A
    degree in Business Administration/Economics **or equivalent
  • At least
    6 years of professional experience in using agile methods and
    4+ years of experience introducing of agile methods and coaching

Profound experience in
organization design:


  • Proven track record of successful Agile Transformations in a global company and
    experience in setting up and managing agile projects of varying size and
    complexity:

Profound experience working with senior executives
and proven ability to effectively communicate
and influence
senior executives in decisions critical to adoption and implementation of Agile practice:


  • Experience in OKR
    , Flight Level
    , Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile
    (e.g.

LeSS, SAFe, Nexus):

Fluent in English and German
