• At HR trade fairs, you represent our company confidently and find the right talent.
• You accompany the onboarding and offboarding of employees according to the necessary procedures and guidelines.
• You can demonstrate your creativity when it comes to employer branding and the further development of our employee satisfaction and retention measures.
• You maintain the personnel files of your colleagues and ensure that recruiting runs smoothly.

• A degree in HR or a comparable apprenticeship.
• Professional experience in the areas of HR, recruiting and employer branding (ideally in the software environment).
• Experience in mentoring and onboarding and offboarding employees, know the procedures and policies.
• A high level of selfmotivation, creativity and a proactive way of working are a matter of course for you.
• Confident and winning demeanor and enjoy dealing with people.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, and are not afraid of daily meetings in English.
• Indepth knowledge and experience in active sourcing and employer branding.

• Stuttgart: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
