We are looking for a seasoned Integration Architect (M/F/d) with a strong background in HR systems and Workday to join our HR Transformation Project team.

As the Integration Architect, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the Workday Implementation Partners involved in designing and executing the integration solutions for the HR Transformation Project.

Your expertise in both Workday and project management will be vital in ensuring seamless data flow and successful integration of Workday with other HR systems, contributing to the overall success of this critical HR transformation initiative.


Your assignmentsIntegration Strategy Development:
Collaborate with stakeholders and the HR Transformation team to define the integration strategy. Assess business requirements and objectives to design a comprehensive integration roadmap for Workday and other HR systems.

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop a detailed project plan in coordination with the Workday Implementation Partners.
Set clear objectives, milestones, and deadlines. Continuously monitor progress and manage risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.

  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical expertise and guidance to the Workday Implementation Partners throughout the integration process.
Review technical designs and architectural decisions to ensure they align with the overall project strategy.

  • Issue Resolution and Escalation: Act as a point of escalation for any critical issues or roadblocks faced by the Workday Implementation Partners.
Facilitate the resolution of issues and ensure open communication with relevant stakeholders.

  • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality control measures for the integration process.
Ensure that the Workday Implementation Partners adhere to best practices, security standards, and data integrity requirements.

  • Budget and

Resource Management:
Collaborate with the HR Transformation Project leadership to manage the budget allocated for the integration phase. Ensure that the Workday Implementation Partners utilize resources efficiently and effectively.


Profile:


Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, computer science, business informatics or similar; alternatively: at least equivalent level of proficiency in the form of solid work experience in this area.


  • At least 15+ years of professional track record whereof 10+ years as a Integration architect / manager of cross functional global virtual teams.
Proven experience as an Integration Architect with a focus on managing Workday Implementation Partners in HR transformation projects.

  • Proven experience in managing internal and external teams.
  • Proven experience as an Integration Architect with a focus on managing Workday Implementation Partners in HR transformation projects.
  • In depth knowledge of Workday HCM and Integration Cloud Platform.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successful integration project delivery.

  • Experience in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and partner engagement.
Technical proficiency in API management, web services, and integration technologies.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Workday certifications in Integration Core and/or Advanced Integration would be advantageous.
  • Proficient level of English; an added advantage is a good level of German.
