Currently we are looking for a
Working Student Customer Support (M/F/x) to support our Customer Service team in Berlin for 6 months.


Your tasks:


  • You help to accurately process customer transactions such as orders, refunds, returns or reshipments with a strong focus on service excellence
  • You follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and to resolve any customer concerns that may arise
  • You take an active role in providing an outstanding customer service and restlessly help to search for initiatives to enhance service as well as improve the overall customer experience

Our requirements:


  • You are fluent in
    Polish as well as
    English or
    German and have excellent skills in written and verbal communication, further language skills in French or Italian would be a plus
  • You have a empathic and warm personality and win every customer's heart with your positive attitude
  • You impress with your ability to keep an eye on things even in busy situations and are able to multitask
  • You describe yourself as a problem solver and a diligent, selfmotivated worker
  • You gained first experience in using CS tools
