Your responsibilities:

The jobholder (d/f/m) will work as Project Leader Logistics and Digital Supply Chain.

The main tasks and responsibilities will include:

Lead and deploy logistics and warehouse operational engineering projects
Transformation of the local Warehouse Management System towards a common harmonized Airbus Warehouse Management System, incl. the In

- and Outbound processes

Contribute to productivity improvements to increase the competitiveness of Airbus with main focus on a highly efficient logistics chain from supplier to the "Point of Delivery" at the assembly station
Definition, development and establishment of new logistics standards and concepts with strong focus on the warehouse management
Secure a transparent, "onetouch" and simple logistics operations in Germany with a relevant connection to the OT central Teams across Europe
Significant contribution to the rate readiness of the logistics flows and warehousing activities
Functional lead of crossfunctional project team Delivery of projects in line with targets on time, scope, costs and quality and customer satisfaction
Coordination and selfdependent responsibility for the mission Rate Readiness with focus on the major warehouses and Warehouse flows and processes
Achieve Project Targets (time, scope, costs and quality) to satisfy customers
Definition, establishment and empowerment of the project team and organizations, including people from other divisions (Matrix organization), during all Project phases
Define and run the mission for the Logistics rate readiness scope from Supplier to the Point of delivery at the production line

Personal requirements:

Very good assertiveness and decisionmaking skills
Good strategic thinking skills as well as planning and organizational skills
Independent, structured and resultoriented work in order to achieve goals on time achieve and coordinate work processes efficiently
Strong communication skills to deal with contacts at all levels to work together

Studies:

Industrial engineer at least Bachelor's degree or
International Management at least Bachelor's degree course or
Supply Chain / Logistics at least Bachelor's degree course

Professional experience:

IT / information systems at least over 2 years
Supplier management for at least 2 years
Supply Chain / Logistics at least over 3 years

IT:

Google Workspace is an advantage

knowledges:

KAIZEN at least basic knowledge
KVP at least basic knowledge

Language Skills:

German at least business fluent
At least business fluent in English
