Deine Aufgaben beinhalten

• Buchhalterische Aufgaben (Kreditor, Debitor

- und Bankbuchhaltung) für zwei Gesellschaften

• Zahlungen vornehmen für zwei Teleste-Gesellschaften
• Rechnungen erstellen und Zahlungsverkehr überwachen
• Mahnverfahren einleiten
• Reisekosten

- und Auslagenabrechnungen bearbeiten

• Vorbereitung und Unterstützung beim Monatsabschluss für zwei Gesellschaften
• Diverse Büroorganisation und Verwaltung
• Posteingang bearbeiten
• Telefontätigkeiten

Mitbringen solltest du

• Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/frau für Büroorganisation, oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, bereits einige Berufserfahrung gesammelt

- möglichst Erfahrung mit Microsoft AX (oder alternativ: Microsoft Navision)
- ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- gute Englisch Kenntnisse

• Accounting tasks (accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank accounting) for two companies
• Issue payments for two German Teleste companies
• Create invoices and monitor payment transactions
• Collection activities for late payments
• Process travel and expense claims
• Preparation and support for the monthend closing for two companies
• Miscellaneous office organization and administration tasks
• Mail handling
• Telephone activities

You should bring

• Education as an office organization clerk, or comparable training, already gained some professional experience.
• Preferably experience with Microsoft AX (or alternatively: Microsoft Navision)
