We're LevelUp English and we inspire young learners through language learning experiences and cultural exchange.

At our camps, we aim to provide immersive English learning opportunities, without having to travel abroad We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated camp manager with strong leadership qualities to join our team for a 6-week summer camp in 2023.

As a Camp Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the camp program, leading a team of counselors and ensuring that campers have a fun and educational experience.

Tasks

• Oversee gamified English workshops and activities for kids aged 81
• Supervise and mentor a team of counselors, providing feedback and guidance as needed
• Plan and implement weekly themes, activities and events to engage participants
• Communicate regularly with LevelUp backoffice to update on camp developments and participant progress

Requirements:


Who we're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working at a summer camp and with children
• Strong management skills and experience leading a team
• Confident leader with classroom experience who can provide outstanding experiences for our students
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with campers, parents and staff
• Flexibility and adaptability to work long hours and adjust to changing circumstances
• Available and eligible for freelance work between July 15thAugust 30th 2023

What we offer:

The compensation for this position is 825 euros per week for the 6-week camp, with room and board provided.
