We have an amazing opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing telecommunication companies in Germany. Looking for Bauleiter who can communicate in German C1.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

As a Bauleiter, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.


Your key objectives will include:

  • Managing team of sub contractors 6-12 people
  • Ensuring health and safety measures are taking
  • Delegating team and supervising all civil work
  • Provide support to civil teams
  • Solution orientated and problem solving

Required Skills/Experience:


  • Experience as a Bauleiter or construction site manager or any road work background
  • C1 German
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Driving License

Desirable Skills/Experience:

Although not essential, the following skills and experience are desired by the client:

  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
  • FTTX experience is a plus

Salary: 55,000.00€ - 75,000.00€ per year
