Your Mission

Supporting on all levels and the teams in general office management topics and

also workshops/off-sites, events, business trips, visits, meetings

Supporting the talent team with On

- and Off boarding process

Provide adhoc administrative support as needed to staff and general admin topics
Taking care of office supplies and furniture
Ensure a clean and tidy office environment (overseeing the cleaner)
Support with key

- and carpool management

Who you are and what you have

Previous experience in office management or comparable activities
Highly organized and handson
Organizational allrounder
Cando attitude and outstanding communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Fluency in both German and English is required

Nice to have

Completed apprenticeship in office management
