As an Analysis Assistant - Student worker you will be assisting our Analyst team in creating insightful and appealing reports to measure media performance for prestigious clients all around the globe. In order to be successful you will learn how to use our analysis tools and databases, gain insights from the data and visualise them concisely and aesthetically pleasingly via PowerPoint.

What are we looking for?:

We are looking for talented and engaged students with a major field of study in Media/Publications, Political Science, Economics/Business, Market Research, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science etc, who can work parttime (20 hrs/week) and who are interested in Media Intelligence and Data Analytics.

Duties and responsibilities:

Collaboration on the creation of reports for international clients within the different sectors (especially the creation of charts)
Analysis of both classic media (e.g. print and TV) and digital (e.g. social media)
Maintaining and analysing data sets
Data collection for our clients
Research activities

Essential Skills and Experience:

Fluent in German and English:

Confident handling of the MS Office package (Excel, PPT)
Current studies in one of the directions: Media studies, communication studies, social sciences, political sciences, economics, geography
General affinity for databased work and interest in the media industry
Enjoy working with data
Interest in (international) media markets
Good communication skills, structured work and sense of responsibility
