This position is part time eligible with 80%.


Tasks & responsibilities:


  • As Head of Label Generation you will ensure the timely and costeffective provision of labels for clinical supplies.
  • You will provide the leadership to label generation and approval activities in support of the global phase I-IV clinical programs.
  • Moreover, you will manage direct reports and provide leadership and mentorship to the team on supply chain activities including managing interface communication with internal and external business partners.
  • You will establish, maintain and improve label generation related processes to optimize label operations and drive innovations with regard to labels.
  • Furthermore, you will prepare and support internal and external audits as well as inspections.
  • In your role you will also ensure, that the team's work is performed in compliance, a safety manner and according to BI police and training requirement of all relevant procedures, processes and systems.

Requirements:


  • Master's degree or equivalent in relevant scientific area plus multiple years of function relevant experience
  • Indepth knowledge in Drug Product Development ideally in the Packaging and Labelling for Clinical Trial Supply Chain business
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in complex and crosscultural team environment
  • Broad and thorough knowledge and understanding of applicable US and EU regulations and other international regulations, as well as packaging and labelling processes
  • Ability to lead and communicate effectively with external business partners in a dynamic environment as well as demonstrated ability to present projects or status reports to different audiences
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
  • Willingness to travel
