Yara Farming Solutions, will lead the transformation towards more sustainable and efficient food production, by innovating our offerings and the way we work.


Digital Ag Solutions is responsible developing and scaling new "on-farm" digital and integrated tools and solutions for an efficient and transparent food system.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide dedicated PA support to one or multiple Senior Managers within the team.
  • Plan the communication schedule, organise meetings and prepare meetings materials and follow ups as required to achieve the objectives of associated programs/projects for that manager.
  • Provide onsite operational support including administrative coordination, team assignment related matters and general operations.
  • Work closely within with HubOps, Finance,, HR, Incubation and Product teams to contribute to the smooth running of the team.
  • Assist with daytoday decisions about process, documentation, team engagement and internal systems.

Profile:


  • Past experience overseeing a dynamic, complex administrative environment of a quickly growing team or organisation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
    Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English & German is a must. Knowledge of other languages an asset.
  • Ability to report concisely, accurately and promptly on meetings and matters of relevance.
