tasks

Collaborate with internal product development, product management, and corporate research teams to envision and develop new techniques for generating knowledge from data collected on life science research instruments
Implementing data sciencebest practices for developing and deploying highquality reliable machine learningsolutions
Prototype and develop algorithms for extracting information from data focusing on product development
Gather, analyze, and define requirements for data analysis functionality
Assist software developers and engineers in integrating algorithms into easytouse software products
Further assist software engineers in designing, prototyping, and debugging products that acquire and process data

Your q
ualifications

A successfully completed Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Physics or similar field
Working knowledge of either machine learning management systems such as Azure ML, machine learning workflowengines such as MLFlow|Airflow|Metaflow, or data storage, databases, and structure for large data volumes
Strong programming knowledge in Python is required, including knowledge of common data science tools such as Numpy, Pandas, Scikitlearn and Matplotlib, and version control using Git
A strong personal initiative as well as a resultoriented mindset
Understanding | experience in life sciences and bioprocessing (cell microscopy and cell biology) is a plus
Fluent written and oral communication skills in both English and German
Willingness to travel occasionally is a plus
