- Full responsibility for CRM in the direction of sales, marketing and service as well as cross-departmental interface management
- Driver of the CRM idea and digital sales, service and marketing processes in the company as a key function and know-how carrier
- Development, coordination and implementation of the international CRM strategy in collaboration with sales
- Building a sustainable lead management process (B2C)
- Ensuring operational implementation and efficient service for the CRM
- Organizational preparation and methodical implementation of process workshops
- Close collaboration with the interface to IT, sales, services, marketing, controlling
- Sustainable introduction of CRM structures and processes in the markets
- Responsible control of the service providers involved
- Definition of KPIs and evaluation of the measures developed based on them
- Capacity and budget planning
- Leading various cross-functional project teams
- Conception and solution development for cross-functional projects
- Coordination and implementation of international roll-outs
- Representation of cross-disciplinary CRM projects in internal relevant decision-making bodies
- Completed studies in business administration with a focus on marketing/CRM
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in CRM management, with a proven track record of successful project management and implementation
- Proficient in the use of relevant CRM tools and systems, with a strong understanding of the CRM landscape
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 360 is an advantage
- Fluent in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-cultural team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- A strategic mindset, coupled with a customer-centric approach and a passion for driving business growth
- Flexibility to work in a remote or hybrid environment

Your Opportunity: Senior Manager Global CRM
Dornbracht is looking for an experienced CRM leader to drive digital transformation and elevate the customer experience. They are seeking a dynamic, strategic-minded Senior Manager to lead Dornbracht's global CRM initiatives and take the sales, marketing, and service functions to new heights. You'll collaborate closely with international cross functional teams to build sustainable lead management processes, ensure operational efficiency, and introduce CRM structures and processes across global markets successfully. The role is part of the Global Customer Support organization and based at Dornbracht's global headquarter in Iserlohn, Germany. Flexible work arrangements like hybrid or remote working are possible
