- Mithilfe bei der Recherche und Identifikation von Projekten auf diversen Online-Plattformen/Datenbanken
- Bewertung der Projekte und anschließendes Überführen in das CRM Tool
- Vorqualifizieren (Recherche der Projektbeteiligten, Vervollständigen der Projektinformationen) des Projektes innerhalb des CRM Tools
- Weiterleitung der Projekte an die entsprechenden Märkte
- (wöchentliches) Reporting und Monitoring der weiteren Aktivitäten (E-Mails, Phone Calls und Visits) innerhalb der Projekte
- Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikationswissenschaften
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), Vertrieb, Marketing, Projektmanagement von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, vor allem MS-Excel
- Kenntnisse im IT-Prozess-/Datenbankmanagement von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office Anwendungen
- Kreative und innovative, aber strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit sowie sicheres und offenes Auftreten
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Analytisches, gesamtunternehmerisches Denken
