With a total of around 2,900 employees, we develop and manufacture oil distribution, cast-resin and power transformers, special equipment and compact stations.

Our customer base includes power supply and industrial companies, switchgear manufacturers as well as power generators in the conventional, but also in the regenerative sector.

We are looking for an
Engineering Process Leader (M/F/d) Dry-Type Transformers

Your tasks:


  • Analyze, document and submit proposals for processes and procedures for worldwide operational engineering network
  • Coordinate the implementation of BUwide design rules and operational engineering processes
  • Audit the comprehension and compliance with internal design rules and processes as well as with national and international regulations and standards
  • Coordinate the operational engineering network
  • Perform and coordinate design review process
  • Coordination of status quo competence analysis and derivation of proposals for trainings
  • Contribution/support at defining new product developments
  • Coordinate the introduction and implementation of new products on the part of operational engineering
  • Coordinate the implementation of design platform and updates
  • Contribution at defining and aggregation of ideas for design platform enhancements
  • Contribution/support at root cause analysis (RCA) procedure
  • Implementation of lessons learned and preventive measures in design rules and processes according to the RCA results

Your profile:


  • Academic studies in electrical engineering (focus on power or highvoltage engineering) or equal
  • Min 10 years of experience in the field of power and/or highvoltage engineering, ideally in cast resin transformers
  • Leadership skills
  • Several years of experience as a project or team leader or coordinator desirable
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken (min. C1 level)
  • High level of initiative, flexibility, ability to work under pressure and independent working style
  • Very good time, problem, conflict and project management as well as organizational skills
  • Structured way of working and processoriented thinking and acting
  • Strong entrepreneurial behavior
  • Willingness for permanent further development
  • High level of sociability, teamwork and communication skills
  • Confident, authoritative appearance
  • Willingness to travel
