YOUR TEAM:


You will work in the department "Processes and Compliance" which is part of a dynamic, fast-growing team in the chief technology area.

We develop innovative processes, methods and tools to enable CARIAD developing software and hardware according to the newest systems engineering technologies.

State of the art processes are key to ensure software and hardware innovations on wheels for the entire Volkswagen Group.

These processes will enable efficient product development of software and hardware that inspires our customers with new digital skills and features every day, from more intelligent cockpits to highly automated driving, new energy and charging solutions, as well as innovative mobility solutions and services.

We are proud to be a part of the organizational unit that develops the processes, methods and tools for the future of functional and systems-oriented product development.


We are currently searching for process architects for our engineering process team, so you would be responsible for the overall design and integration of our CARIAD engineering processes.

Following the principles of suitable end-to-end processes which fit our developers needs to produce high quality software products motivates us day by day.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Responsible in CARIAD for the design and seamless integration of engineering processes
  • Define the process interfaces across engineering areas in CARIAD and be responsible for the alignment with all operational stakeholders
  • Participate in our CARIAD wide process community of process expert across all domains
  • Be responsible for the consistency of process structure, the alignment of interfaces, templates and methods as well as the training material and KPI
  • Manage the process and information architecture (EAM) and communicate the process within CARIAD
  • Cooperate with the departments of transformation, cultural change management, communication and training (competence and qualification planning)

WHO YOU ARE:


  • Successfully completed studies in the field of systems engineering, computer science, engineering or software development
  • At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the fields of automotive/ aerospace electronics or software development
  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of process interfaces and the flow of information between engineering processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to create an impact with stakeholders at different levels, departments and regions in a matrix organization
  • Strong experience in Systems Engineering, Automotive SPICE and agile methods like SAFe
  • Fluent English language skills (oral and written), German language skills are a plus
