Join our client, one of the world's leading mobility companies, as a German Speaking Customer Experience Agent for their project.

In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing advice on their bookings, rental agreements, complaints, and invoices.

To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in German and English (written & spoken) and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Ideally, you have some experience in customer service, working in a call centre, sales, restaurants, or generally dealing with customers.

You must be reliable, dynamic, motivated, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
