- Develop IT vision and mission statements that guide decision-making
- Design and Implement IT Governance Framework
- Create and maintain an IT governance framework that encompasses principles, policies, roles, and processes
- Ensure alignment with broader corporate governance structures
- Leverage industry standards (such as ITIL and COBIT) to inform the framework
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Assess risks and provide recommendations for improvement
- Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Work closely with business units, IT teams, and executive leadership
- Communicate IT governance principles and expectations
- Foster a culture of accountability and transparency
- Regularly review and enhance IT governance processes
- Stay informed about emerging trends and regulatory changes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Completed studies in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO/IEC 38500)
- Professional certifications such as CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT) or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) are highly desirable
- Experience in policy development, risk management, and compliance
- Fluent English language skills
