In your new role you will:

Assist in user centered roll-out and improvement of a new tool for the strategic process of aligning digital development roadmaps**:

-
Create communication material, discuss changes and improvement ideas with the user, and
execute migration tasks and tool onboardings:

Enable different stakeholders while keeping the bigger picture in mind:

-
Support the team with additional administrative tasks , e.g. creating training materials, first-level support, co-organizing workshops, and drafting presentations

You are best equipped for this task if you:

Have passed your undergraduate studies (Bachelor) with excellent results and are currently
enrolled in your master studies in business administration, information technology or a similar field of study:
Already gained some
relevant work experience, preferably in communication, digitalization, project or process management:
Are
self-driven and comfortable with a high degree of freedom while executing tasks:
Show a
creative mindset, thinking out of the box and always eager to try out new concepts:
Are enthusiastic, show entrepreneurial spirit and strong interpersonal skills:
Possess very
good Microsoft Office skills , especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as a
good level of visualization skills:
Demonstrate
strong ability to communicate and balance stakeholder interests:
Have a
good command of English; good knowledge of German can be a plus*

Important information:

Working part-time:The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome:You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.

You should live close to the site:It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
