For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a
Team Leader (M/F/d) Performance Marketing
Your new job includes

As Team Leader Performance Marketing, you are responsible for reaching travellers in digital media, turning unknown travellers into interested travellers and for increasing their engagement. In particular, you will define the performance marketing strategy

- design digital campaigns to increase multi-channel reach and generate leads in collaboration with agencies and interfaces
- build new reach channels and develop cooperation opportunities
- strategically plan all performance marketing channels and manage and continuously optimise them operationally according to KPIs
- work closely with various interfaces and independently manage the media budget
- lead a small team in terms of both content and discipline

What you should bring along

Successfully completed studies with a focus on business administration/marketing
Several years of proven experience in performance marketing (e.g. Google Ads, display and social media), ideally in the travel industry
Initial management experience desirable
Agile working style as well as the ability to think outside the box
Strong communication, negotiation and numbers skills
Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
