Your tasks

You are able to independently prepare monthly and annual financial statements
You are responsible for all accounting processes in accordance with HGB and IFRS
You are responsible for the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
You are responsible for the coordination of payment transactions and monitoring of bank accounts and reconciliations
You are responsible for the coordination of travel expenses and credit card accounting
You support invthe implementation of relevant accounting/finance systems
You are in continuous exchange with different stakeholders of other departments regarding invoicing processes
You are the main contact person for all internal accounting matters as well as for auditors, tax advisors, authorities, etc.

Requirements:

You have a minimum of 23 years professional experience in accounting, finance or controlling
You are a certified accountant or have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in tax, accounting, or finance
You are confident in working with DATEV
Ideally you have experience in working with Weclapp, however, this is not a must
You have a sharp mind and strong analytical skills
Your work is very structured, efficient and you are able to break down complex tasks into simple processes
You are a strong team player, but you also enjoy working independently while taking responsibility
You are a strong communicator and enjoy working with other departments and external parties
You speak fluent German and English
