Your Responsibilities:

Drive and motivate the team towards effective, efficient and innovative sourcing strategy.
Design and manage an operating model able to proactively involve Fleet teams to execute sourcing strategy.
Focus on data to measure sourcing and processes results and improvement opportunities through a continuous improvement methodology.
Develop strong relationship with fleet teams in developing sourcing plans, execution phases and related sourcing results.
Develop synergic approach with other brands of Carnival Corporation to further boost our scale.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or in Maritime Engineering and or/ in Supply Chain Management. Master's degree is a plus.
Senior Leadership skills within multinational and hybrid working teams
Strong negotiation skills with proof of excellence
Excellent command of the English language (English is our company language.)
Knowledge in Power BI is highly desirable
