Are you a hands-on individual with a passion for sales? We're seeking a
Sales Coordinator to join our team and support our sales process, with a focus on data and AI solutions.

This is an entry level level job where you'll be responsible for creating offers and pitch decks, tracking sales pipeline progress, and supporting in our partner management.

We're looking for someone who loves digging into data and reporting, with a desire to make an impact in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and content creation is a bonus, but most important is your enthusiasm for diving into the details of the sales process.

Your contribution to the success story:

  • Work closely with C-level management, Sales and Tech leads to support the sales cycle by creating customised offerings that highlight the unique value proposition of our data products and services.
  • Track the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns i.e. executive reporting.
  • Gather and analyze data to continuously improve our sales enablement tools and processes.
  • Help maintain and strengthen our strategic partnership with Microsoft by planning sessions, following up on tasks, coordinating with the team and tracking certifications / KPIs
  • Optional: Collaborate with Clevel management to create visually compelling and effective presentations for our clients.

We're a perfect match if you:

  • Are a recent graduate in business or similar background.
  • Have an affinity for data and reports, with experience in tracking KPIs.
  • Have very good communication skills in German (C2) and English (C2).
  • Are willing to occasionally travel to meet customers or attend events in proximity to our office locations (~20%).
  • Big plus: have basic understanding of the Microsoft technology landscape and strong interest in Cloud, Data and Automation solutions.
  • Big plus: have first practical experience in sales, business development, or consulting with a focus on data solutions.
  • Optional: have excellent skills in creating content for presentations.
