What you'll do

Planning & facilitating user research activities (e.g. qualitative 1:1 moderated usability test sessions, quantitative unmoderated online studies, ideation workshops with customers, etc.)
Helping prepare, build and analyze automatic unmoderated user studies (similar to complex online surveys, but with interactive prototype tasks, click tests, card sortings, etc.) with tools such as UserZoom, UserTesting, etc.
Analyzing existing data (e.g. tracking data, customer feedback data, freetext field comments) to generate insights and hypotheses to inform further research
Helping measure UX KPIs, goals, and metrics
Taking care of research related operations topics such as study participants logistics, preparing results slide decks, etc.
Communicating effectively within UX and product management / development community

What you bring

Currently enrolled in a university as a student of applied science (e.g. HCI, applied psychology, computer linguistics, software engineering, interaction design, etc.)
Experience with experimental design, research planning, facilitating studies /experiments, statistical analysis, reporting
Experience working selfreliantly, managing small projects, working with a multitude of stakeholders, taking care of operational & administrative work
Language skills: fluent in English, fluent in German as a plus
