    What you will be responsible for:

    The Regional Sales Manager will craft and execute a growth strategy for their designated area, specializing in selling Precision NanoSystems instruments, consumables, and support services directly within life science sectors such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and academia. Collaborating with Account Managers, Workflow Development Leaders, Field Application Scientists, Scientific Inside Sales Specialists, and Service Sales Specialists to maintain and expand the territory, including managing existing accounts and seeking out new customers.

    • Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives through tailored regional and account-specific sales plans
    • Proficiently navigate and oversee intricate sales negotiations. Guide through a multi-step sales process for both high-value instruments and consumables
    • Leverage scientific expertise in consultative sales encounters. Conduct technology and applications presentations, often alongside your Field Application Scientist, to demonstrate the value of Precision NanoSystems based on customer needs
    • Resolve customer concerns by showcasing solid knowledge in business processes, Precision NanoSystems solutions, and domain proficiency
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts regularly, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain customer and account information in the CRM system

    Who we are looking for:

    • A Life Sciences degree is essential. A Ph.D. and a profound understanding of nanomedicine or a background in cell/molecular biology is advantageous
    • Prior experience in a commercial capacity, preferably within the biotechnology sector
    • Demonstrated ability to engage with customers at all organizational levels, from Process Development scientists to C-Level executives
    • Aptitude for sales processes and a track record of being a valuable team member
    • Proficiency in both German and English languages is required

    Desirable qualifications include:

    • Proven comprehension of nanoparticle applications and Precision NanoSystems technologies
    • Experience in a matrix environment and successful management of multiple priorities
    • Achievement in cross-functional collaboration
