    Technical Support Manager DACH (f/m/d)

    As a Technical Support Manager at Cepheid, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the assigned team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality support services for customers. This position offers opportunities for learning, coaching, and leading impactful projects that contribute significantly to the company's innovation and advancement.

    Key responsibilities of the job include:

    • Team Management: Lead and manage the Technical Support agents in Germany, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
    • Performance Management: Create and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Critical Case Handling: Monitor and resolve critical cases to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
    • Process Innovation: Drive continuous improvement by enhancing standard procedures and workflows within the Technical Support department.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Field and Commercial teams to ensure effective coordination and exceptional customer satisfaction.

    Essential requirements of the job:

    • Educational Background: High school degree with 8+ years of experience, Bachelors degree with 5+ years, or Masters degree with 3+ years in relevant fields.
    • Technical Expertise: Experience in laboratory analytical diagnostic equipment, medical devices, or IT.
    • Customer Service Experience: Previous technical support or customer service experience.
    • Team Management: Demonstrate effective team management skills.
    • Language proficiency: Fluent in German and English.

    Additional preferred experience:

    • Working in a regulated environment (FDA/ISO) for 1 year.
