To support our Finance & Administration DACH Team in Munich, we are looking for support as:

BUSINESS CONTROLLER (f/m/d)

Focus will be on
Business Partnering

  • Provide proactive business partnership for DACH stakeholders, such as the Leadership Team and budget owners & coordinators
  • Deliver analytical insights for business cases and support commercial decision making
- "Connect the dots" and collaborate with key partnering functions such as Statutory Finance, Distribution Mgmt, Procurement, HR, Commercial Excellence & Market Access to improve processes & interfaces

  • Conduct trainings for nonFinance business partners
  • Be an active member in the international FP&A community
Financial Planning, Analysis & Operations

  • Afford comprehensive financial management proficiency for selected BUs and geographies with regard to monthend closures, Budget & target setting, forecasting accuracy and strategic longrange planning
  • Demonstrate process ownership for OPEX, CAPEX & headcount planning & analysis
  • Provide insightful reporting on business performance, incl. commentaries
Financial Integrity and Statutory Reporting

  • Drive internal controls (e.g. oversee SOD framework)
  • Partner with Statutory Finance & Tax Mgr and FSSC to ensure seamless statutory reporting and yearly audits

Qualification requires

  • Strong analytical capability and interpersonal skills with ability to influence, appetite for business understanding
  • TM1 and SAP proficiency, advanced MS Office and particularly Excel skills (VBA an advantage)
  • Graduate degree in business administration, finance or economics
  • Significant progression within 25+ years relevant work experience
  • Crossfunctional working capacities; cando mentality and connectthedots attitude
  • Pharmaceutical sector experience desired
  • Previous business partnering and/or project management experience are an advantage
  • English & German language skills
