Sensorberg - who?:

Sensorberg is an innovative Berlin-based tech company that was founded in 2013.
We develop hardware and software for the digitalisation and automation of buildings. We specialise in solutions for
storage, co-working spaces and commercial.

We believe that a building is not just a building but a place where people spend more than half of their lives.

Besides intelligent access systems, we equip buildings with a comprehensive digital infrastructure to provide occupants with the highest levels of safety, comfort and productivity, while enabling operators and owners to manage and utilize buildings with maximum efficiency.

We are a rather small company where people of different cultures and personalities come together and have (their) place.

We are looking for people who share our vision and believe that a mix of qualifications, skills, personality and diversity is the basis for a transformative work process and the key to a successful system - in terms of people as well as technology.

What's my role?:

What you are responsible for at Sensorberg:

Help your Team to develop first class hardware and firmware solutions to our needs
Lead the Team to produce fully tested hard

- and software products

Analyzing systems data in order to make changes to the hardware configuration.
Completing functionality and performance tests on the final product.
Creating specifications and documentation for components and How-To's together with our Product Team.
Overseeing manufacturing process of hardware components.
Work together with partner companies to create the product of the future

What should I bring with me?:

Skills you should have:

Ability to coordinate vision and team execution of hardware development
Advanced knowledge in Software Development with Python (Micropython)
Experience in working with Microcontrollers (e.g. nRF52, ESP32)
Know the MQTT network protocol
Know about OTA firmware update mechanisms
Interest in Mesh Networks (e.g. Thread, Zigbee and others)
Take personal initiative and work with a solutionoriented approach
Comfortable using Linux
Very good knowledge of English
